How it works

How does ordering work?

Click the button, pay securely with Stripe, and fill in the short brief right on the checkout page (their name, the occasion, the style you'd love). That's it. We take it from there.

When and how do I get it?

Your finished creation arrives at your email address within 5 days: an MP3 for songs, a PDF for stories, and a high-resolution image file for birth prints.

Can I request changes?

We want you to love it. If something's not quite right (a name pronounced differently, a detail to tweak), reply to your delivery email and we'll make one round of adjustments free.

How do gift vouchers work?

Buy a voucher, tell us who it's for and your message at checkout, and within 48 hours a beautifully designed voucher arrives by email: to you, or directly to the recipient if you give us their address. They redeem it on anything at Little Poppin by replying to the voucher email.

Refunds on custom orders?

Because each piece is made just for you, change-of-mind refunds aren't available once we've started creating. If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply.
